Refund Policy
Refunds are possible by informing us directly via out contact page of the need for a refund. Please be precise and concise when filling the form and asking for a refund.
Refunds are handled on case-by-case basis. These are the following legal reasons to receive a refund:
· You decide not to use the service and have not used ANY of the benefits attached to each membership
· You cannot use the membership for reasons depending on our part that we cannot resolve
· We will not issue a refund in cases when your account is suspended due to violation of our terms & conditions or for legal reasons (i.e. breaching a contract or laws of the user’s country etc.)
· We do not provide partial refunds. This means that if you use our services for more than 3 days, or extensively use the benefits of the membership during the first day, you will not be refunded when you cancel your membership.
